After more communication back and forth my solicitor at Jackson Boyd instructs Martin to visit the property and conduct a site inspection. Due to a busy schedule Martin is only able to attend in June and submits his second report in July.
What is interesting is that Martin identifies a plethora of other issues within the property, some of which are shown in the below images;

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors had, in my opinion, inferred Martin was not suitable qualified to offer an opinion as he was not a chartered surveyor. In an attempt to strengthen the evidence he put forward I ask for another opinion from Heritage and Design Surveyors.
