Craig Brown completed the survey on 22nd December 2020. He reports the weather is dry, bright and cold.
Specific to the main pitched tiled roof he states “Access was gained to the roof void via a hatch formed in the hallway ceiling” and “Loose sections of fibreboard panelling are evident and ideally these should be repined. They do not have any structural integrity but provide additional insulation properties.”

However, just nine months after moving in we found multiple leaks in the loft space coming from the roof!
